Presented within a collaborative exhibition context, this body of work extends Furuta’s ongoing exploration of layered portraiture and narrative space.
Through multiple exposure techniques, portraits are transformed into expanded visual fields, where memory and presence intertwine.
Developed under his artistic direction and produced at his own initiative, the series was exhibited and offered as framed photographic works,
marking a significant point in the evolution of his STORYSCAPES methodology.
本展はコラボレーションという文脈の中で発表されたが、重層的なポートレイトと物語空間の探求という自身の制作テーマを拡張するシリーズとなった。
多重露光の手法によって、ポートレイトは記憶と気配が交差する視覚的空間へと変容している。
本シリーズは自身のディレクションのもとで制作され、額装写真作品として展示・販売されたものであり、
STORYSCAPESへと連なる重要な実践の一つである。
